Volunteers of the Month

Danny Vidislavski founded the Israeli chapter of The Way to Happiness Foundation in October of 2000. Since its founding, the chapter, called the Assoc. for Prosperity & Security in the Middle East, has distributed over 2.3 million The Way to Happiness®  booklets in Hebrew and Arabic to Israelis and Palestinians. It has delivered workshops on the booklet to over 50,000 Israelis and has run numerous contests and events. This campaign is the largest and most successful of its kind on the planet.

      Before founding the chapter, Danny was a highly successful business consultant in Israel and still continues his practice. How does he do it all? It’s not just that he works into the wee hours of the morning, day in and day out, but also that he works, well… miracles!

Shuki Mizrahi, President of the Israeli chapter of The Way to Happiness Foundation, is a retired Major of the Israeli army.

In addition to running several successful businesses, he leads

workshops each week. A typical report from Shuki reads, “This week I covered 1,100 kilometers [over 680 miles] for The Way to Happiness. And met about 100 men and women. I gave out 650 booklets…”

     Shuki goes on to say, “We are bringing happiness, peace, flourishing and prosperity to the Middle East. And when we are through here, we will be happy to help out in other areas all over the world, and we will continue until the whole planet is so happy that it radiates off –- reaching other forms of life and then we will start handling them too! Wow!

News Notes

¨     103,000 Mini-Posters Funded.

     In October, we funded the printing of 103,000 posters, 8½ x 11 inches, which illustrate the 21 values of The Way to Happiness booklet. They will be printed in both Hebrew and Arabic. The colorful mini-posters will be given to students who participate inThe Way to Happiness workshops so that they can tape them up on a wall at home.  

¨    2nd Grader’s Song a Hit!

     2nd Grader, Ariel Basher, (pictured at left) won the second annual The Way to Happiness “Stop Violence” song contest. On one Israeli music website, his song is the most popular and is given top billing. The contest was sponsored by the Association for Prosperity & Security in the Middle East, our Tel Aviv sister organization.
